These are a pair of crescent moon and star-shaped earrings from Italy, dating back to the 1880s.

Crafted in 14k solid gold, the earrings are adorned with amethyst and pearl decorations. The pieces have a three-dimensional structure, with a single, deep-hued amethyst serving as the visual centerpiece. Surrounding it are a star and a crescent moon, both set with pearls.
