We offer worldwide free shipping by EMS fully insured (SF express for Hong Kong and Macau clients). Package normally will be delivered within 5 -10 working days.

We will provide you with a tracking number within 48 hours of purchase – if you need the piece altered or resized the work will usually take 1-2 weeks.

Payment of any duties or import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot be responsible for any duties applied by your country’s customs office.

Every piece of jewelry will be packed in a gift box and shipped in a safe and solid box.

This is a friendly reminder before resizing your ring.

Each country has different ring size system, and to be honest ring size conversion is quite messy. You can probably find 10 different versions from 10 different online stores! Furthermore, everyone’s finger is different, some have bigger knuckles, some have extra thin fingers… lots of little nuances that will affect the comfort of wearing your ring.

To be absolutely sure of your size you should be measured by your local jeweler or visit us at our antique salon event in Taiwan.

Please keep in mind that re-sized antique rings are final sale, so check your exact size is very important! We cannot be responsible for conversion errors or any other ring sizing mistakes made on your end.

Here we provide a ring size conversion chart for your reference-but still, we highly recommend you to measure with professional sizing tool or visit a jewelry shop close by.

Where possible, we are willing to help resize your ring for an additional fee ranging from 30 USD to 70 USD (the price list is shown on the product page.)

However, resizing is not recommended for every antique piece-please feel free to contact us if you have further questions.

We can only do alterations and repairs on jewelry that has been sold by us.

As the majority of our products are second-hand jewelry and antiques, and the status of each product will be authentically recorded before the product is ready for sale, members shall be fully aware of whether there is any defect or trace of use on every product. As such, members are strongly advised to carefully consider before making a payment. Due to the uniqueness of our products, please be reminded that no request for return or exchange of product shall be accepted for any defect or depreciation after transaction is completed; therefore, to avoid any dispute, members are strongly advised to reconfirm the intention of purchase before making a payment.

2. As each one of our products is unique, please note that no exchange will be accepted.

3. After completing the process for a successful purchase, members must check our product at the earliest convenience within 7 days of receipt. If any uninformed major defect is found with our product within the duration previously requested, members may proceed with return process in accordance to the following provision. Any member who fails to submit an application for return within 7 days of receipt shall be deemed to have relinquished the right for product return.

4. To return a product, members must contact our customer service and provide required data, including purchaser name, order number, phone number, name of product for return, reason and photo/image for return, all of which will enable our customer service to clearly arbitrate whether all the required data match our return policy. If we conclude that a defect is caused by careless delivery or any other reason to which the member is not imputed, please follow the instructions and send back the product by post for return. Please note that any product for return must be in original and complete packaging, including the purchased product, accessories, inner and outer packaging, and gifts; otherwise, members’ rights for returning a product will be affected.

This website is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In the event of any disputes or claims arising from the use of this website, members agree that the Taipei District Court in Taiwan shall be the court of first instance with jurisdiction.
