1. Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Crossroads Antique Jewelry provides website crossroads-antiques.com services (hereinafter referred to as "this service") in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Service. After summiting Users' information and starting to use this Service, it indicates that Users have read, understood, and agreed to accept all the terms and conditions of this Service and fully accept existing and future derived services and contents of this Service. 8. Transaction
If Crossroads Antique Jewelry cannot accept your order, we will inform you. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product, because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified, or if the order is considered to be fraudulent or otherwise made in breach of these Terms of Sale. In any of the above-mentioned cases, you will be notified and we will not charge you for the product(s).
When Crossroads Antique Jewelry fails to deliver an order to any member or designated recipient, regardless of any cause including but not limited to situations that any particular product or model ordered by the member is out-of-stock or out of production, or that any order process conducted by members violates the terms and conditions of sale, the payment will be processed in compliance with the principles illustrated with the following rules:
1. Whether a payment is collected via payment application of credit card powered by EC Pay (note: please refer to the official website of EC Pay for the payment flow policy), or via wire transfer, Crossroads Antique Jewelry assures to refund the payment to our members in full.
2. Except for the refund policy illustrated with the previous provision, members may not file a lawsuit against Crossroads Antique Jewelry according to any clause related to non-performance in Civil Law, or make a request to Crossroads Antique Jewelry for interest-included payment by any reason.

For any disputes or claims arising from or in connection with the use of Crossroads Antique Jewelry, or with this agreement, you agree to submit grievance to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court of Taiwan
