As the majority of our products are second-hand jewelry and antiques, and the status of each product will be authentically recorded before the product is ready for sale, members shall be fully aware of whether there is any defect or trace of use on every product. As such, members are strongly advised to carefully consider before making a payment. Due to the uniqueness of our products, please be reminded that no request for return or exchange of product shall be accepted for any defect or depreciation after transaction is completed; therefore, to avoid any dispute, members are strongly advised to reconfirm the intention of purchase before making a payment.

1. Return and Exchange Policy

 

  1. Please keep in mind that re-sized antique rings are final sale, so checking your exact size is very important! We cannot be responsible for conversion errors or any other ring sizing mistakes made on your end.
  2. As each one of our products is unique, please note that no exchange will be accepted.
  3. After completing the process for a successful purchase, members must check our product at the earliest convenience within 7 days of receipt. If any uninformed major defect is found with our product within the duration previously requested, members may proceed with return process in accordance to the following provision. Any member who fails to submit an application for return within 7 days of receipt shall be deemed to have relinquished the right for product return.
  4. To return a product, members must contact our customer service and provide required data, including purchaser name, order number, phone number, name of product for return, reason and photo/image for return, all of which will enable our customer service to clearly arbitrate whether all the required data match our return policy. If we conclude that a defect is caused by careless delivery or any other reason to which the member is not imputed, please follow the instructions and send back the product by post for return. Please note that any product for return must be in original and complete packaging, including the purchased product, accessories, inner and outer packaging, and gifts; otherwise, members’ rights for returning a product will be affected.

2. Return Notice

  1. If returning a product is required, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt and return the product by post. Any product for return must be in original and complete packaging, including the purchased product, accessories, inner and outer packaging, and gifts. Members’ rights for returning a product will be affected in case of any missing item. In addition, purchaser name, order number, phone number, name of product for return, reason and photo/image for return are required. Our customer service will assist members in returning products after all the required data are received.
  2. Our products are exquisite items, which require careful protections and may cost higher for protection and delivery. When applying for return, members must pay for packaging, delivery, or transaction fee for wire transfer.
