Austrian sapphire and diamond cluster puffed heart locket

DESCRIPTION

This charming Austrian heart locket dates form the end of 19th century. The locket is crafted in 14k solid gold with a cushion cut natural sapphire of approximately 0.25 carat set to the diamond cluster.
