A pair of Ace gold charms
These are a pair of whimsical 18k gold playing card pendants, originating from mid-20th century Sweden (approximately between 1930-1950).
The two pendants are petite and exquisitely designed, featuring black enamel decorations in the center with contrasting upright and inverted spade patterns, along with the engraving of the highest card value, 'A'.In terms of symbolism, the clover-shaped spades represent luck, and when paired with the 'A' as the starting card, it may symbolize an inherent blessing of good fortune. In poker, a pair of Aces is considered the best hand. These charms can be added to your necklace or bracelet to create a unique look.
The charms are both in very good condition with only some light scratches and traces of oxidation, the enamel is intact. It bears Swedish hallmark for 18k gold on the bales.
